7)the power connector with sealing ring should be intact.
8)no excess is allowed in the interface(insulator surface and socket).
9)pins and sockets should not be skewed or deformed.
10)the surface of the insulator at the root of the needle should not be broken or raised or shedding.
11)Needles and jacks should not be retracted or protruded obviously.Compared with normal pins and jacks on the same plane,the distance of withdrawal or protrusion should not be more than 0.5mm.Otherwise,it should be checked whether the pins or jacks are assembled in place or retracted.

4)When inserting blindly,it is recommended to use illumination and visual functional equipment(such as micro-camera or endoscope and monitor)to monitor the process of inserting blindly.Under the condition of no illumination and monitoring equipment,the blind insertion operation is carried out.The corresponding characteristics of the interface to be plugged in are clearly felt by the fingers,and then the insertion position is inserted and locked.
5)In the locking operation,if it occurs or is found that the normal locking can not occur,it should be promptly pulled out and checked.After checking correctly,it should be inserted and locked according to the regulations.
6)For the power connector of the thick and hard cable,the cable should be fixed to prevent the power connector from being pulled out and damaged due to cable sagging;
7)After the power connector is plugged in and locked,the cable at the outlet of the tail shield should be maintained in a natural stretching state,and the bending starting part of the cable should generally be more than 30 mm away from the tail shield outlet.Unless otherwise specified,the bending radius of the cable should not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
8)When the power connector is plugged and unplugged,the main body of the power connector should be grasped for inserting and unplugging,and the cable or wire outside the tail cover should not be grasped for operation.
